Any better than anker or EcoFlow? Just wanted to know which one to get. All say almost the same thing

Their customer service is not as great. I have 2 units, one of them no longer charge either by AC or solar, so might be an inverter issue. They can't seem to find any records of me buying them.

Great price for the capacity but very underwhelming.
Big machine with a small 2200w inverter.
if I'm buying a power station this heavy, it has to be at least 3600w.
For 2200w, I'd buy a small more portable machine that I can easily add capacity if needed.

Why would you think it not charging by AC or solar is an inverter issue? The inverter has nothing to do with the input/charging electronics. I'm just thinking if you don't understand something as basic as that, maybe the problems you are experiencing are user-related.

Look at it like this. A home electrical circuit (15amp)can only deliver about 1800 watts, So if you don't plan on using more than what a home AC circuit can deliver, 2200 watts is plenty. Obviously if you need more, then you need more but 2200 watts is going to cover most users. It's nearly 25% more power than what most people have on tap at home.

You're looking at it wrong.
People buying something this big might need it as a home back up power or a power source for a camper.
2200w isn't cutting it.
An air fryer is at around 1500w. Microwave 1200w-1500w.
Water kettle 1200w. An camper air unit 1500w.
With a 2200w inverter, this power station will shut down when you try to run any combination of 2.
It really is a bad inverter for a PS with this much capacity.

i would recommend steering away from no-name brands like this. it is tempting at the price. BUT, Ecoflow has better customer service, a way better app and stand behind their products with warranty - even their refurbs. i own multiple Ecoflow devices and ONE no name. The Ecoflows are used daily. The no name sits in a corner gathering dust.
