Redditers have received offer for another free BYOD line ID250385. Check your emails and T-Life to see if you qualify.

YMMV. If you qualify, you can add it without changing your plan. This is BYOD only; financing a phone is not recommended and you may lose your free line promotion.

Moral of the story, I went from 8 lines @$96/ mo to 9 lines @ $20 month. Nope, not gonna mess with that!
Those who are wondering what the free lines are for. We enjoy paying less every month.

How and when can we verify that the line is actually free?

We're on Simple Choice 4 x $100 then $10 each additional line. We currently have 10 lines for $160. I doubt we will qualify for this but I'll check.
I got the exact same plan.... any luck?

Got on T-Force on FB and waited an hour for a response and they said I don't qualify. Called the number and had a free line added in less than 10 minutes from dialing to hanging up.

I would be very careful, guys, with reps, whether by phone or by chat. Adding the "quote unquote" free line, many have had that done only to be screwed over, where the line isn't free, or worse, their plans changed.

What are ya'll doing these free lines.. farming'em out ?
Yeah I'm curious , I don't want to turn down something useful, I think in a few years my older kid will need one but I have no use for one now, maybe I should grab one for then? Don't want to pass that up I guess

It said I'm at my max of 10 lines so I don't know if it would be free or not had it worked.

I just purchase T-Mobile Home Internet like 2 weeks ago, but I don't know if I'm gonna keep it yet. Apparently that comes as a dedicated wireless line for Internet.

Now I just got the free line offer today.

I know there are certain requirements like you can't cancel 90 days before or after, or something like that or you lose the promo.

Does anyone know if the canceling the Internet line affects the free line promo?

Does the T-Life app have any indications or mention if this offer is available or not on our TMo accounts?
