Last time CS told me I was eligible but 3 months later, I was still getting billed. told me bc I was getting a discount from perks@work it voided my eligible but funny why the system didn't catch it when I spoke to them about the free line. I had to cancel that line bc they were charging me. Now, I tried to get this promo and CS just told me that since I'd canceled that line, I'm not eligible due to cancelation within the last 90 days.

It depends on your plan. Free line is the same as a paid line, except comped by T-mobile.

My account is showing Line discount ID250385 under current promotions for the new line, which the physical sim got sent today. I'm on simple choice with 2 paid family plan lines and 2 free lines prior to this promotion. I didn't think I would qualify, but this is looking good so far.

If you have business plan or perhaps other plans as well with 5 lines already and receive the Netflix On Us, the 6th line will disqualify you from Netflix on US per personal experience.

I got the targeted email for this promo, but also have a "Corporate Volume Discount" on my account. Does anyone know if adding the free line will void that discount? (earlier post suggested as much for a similar discount...)

FYI I don't know if this has been mentioned. The free line still has taxes and fees charged. Around 5-7 dollars.
