Got mine during the last deal post on this.

It did charge my power bank up. I watched the power input into the power bank (it has a screen) and it was fluctuating a lot even though the sun was constant and panels were not shaded or moving. Kept jumping between 0 and 20 watts within a few seconds with it peaking at 22 watts at one point. Not sure if this is normal for a panel this small.

Promo code worked. Very hard to beat the price for 36w. Very few reviews but might be worth the chance. the chance.

Other 40w solar panels star around $30.

How is it? They have other 40w panels that rate a higher and have 2k+ reviews for $28, not much more.

I like it so far. My Pixel 6A only does up to 18 watt charging so haven't tested beyond that yet.

Edit: the other has two usb ports and higher wattage, seems like a better deal

Well this has a better weather rating IP68 vs IP67. Plus just from the pictures it looks very well built. I jumped on it, figured it was worth the gamble as it looked nice.I don't mind the one port, as these smaller solar panels really should only charge one device one at a time just due to their lower real world output.

Don't see the coupon on the page and promo code doesn't work either.

I bit. If it works, it's a great deal, if it doesn't work, it's not a big deal, and I'll have Amazon refund.
This panel does support USB-C PD and 12V/3A so it could in theory output 36W. Many smaller panels even from name brands claim to be 30W+ but only have a 5V/3A output, which is 15W. I have a ChargerLab KM003C USB-C tester power meter, so I'll know instantly if they're for real.

Thinking of using this to power a car dash cam, while parked. We'll see how it goes

Youd need a battery. You can get solar powered landscape lights that include batteries. My wife bought a bunch from the dollar store and they have been going strong for about 6 months now
