i'm thinking all Killz products will be going on clearance at Lowe's because I just got an email that killz is now Home Depot exclusive.
Thanks for posting. HD's website says KILZ is exclusively at HD, and yet Lowe's is having a sale so you could be right. I think KILZ is very rarely on sale, which is why I posted this deal.

Yes, Kilz is now exclusive at Home Depot. Look for clearance everywhere else.

You gotta wonder the logic for this decision by a manufacturer not related to the retailer. I mean Lowes has nearly half of the home improvement market and they will now have zero exposure there.
This product is mainly for new unpainted drywall to seal the wall and create a more uniform finish on your actual paint. (flat to low-sheen paints recommended). For your situation, I'd recommend Killz 3, which is also on sale for the same price as their Killz 2:https://www.lowes.com/pd/KILZ-KIL...5001563551
KILZ 3 Premium Interior/Exterior Multi-purpose Water-based Wall and Ceiling Primer ( 5-gallon ) also on sale at least in my area, $99 instead of $157: https://www.lowes.com/pd/KILZ-KIL...5001563551
Both this and the original posted primer show as deal price ending today, 9/23. Note, I went to the store to purchase because I had some in-store credit to spend but needed an employee to override the system and give me the online price for both so I would suggest ordering online for pick up if you can to avoid the hassle.

You mean that Lowe's has 50% of home Depot market share right? Hd is twice as big as Lowe's.
