I have this plan purchased at $112.50 annually from last SD frontpage deal. T-Mobile option. Rock solid coverage, no drops, easy transfer and accessible app. Couldn't be happier. On the 15gb plan and my usage averages 13-14gb monthly. very slick deal for users like me.

Yes. I have retuned in the past
What if you activate the service and do not like it, is it still returnable? I was going to get the one-month version to test, but that deal is over

I've had them for two months. Last week I got a notification saying that I used up 100% of my 15gb without any other prior warning. I was shocked bc I wfh and I use WiFi 99% of the time at home (I'm in the basement and dont even get data reception). Tried to log into my Infimobile account to see what happened. No records found. On the support chat with Infimobile CS for over an hour and they are A JOKE, to say the least. They kept saying that I wiped my data out in one single day, but when I requested a breakdown by hour they refused to provide. (For the record I never use more than 10gb of data, even when I used to commute and use my data at least 5 hours a day.) They kept asking me to provide my stats from my phone so they could do further investigation. WELL I never reset the stats on my phone, so it shows that I've used 150gb - how does that even help? I've been with Mint, US mobile, and now Infimobile and they are THE WORST.

Cheap, but found out the hard way that an Infimobile "deal" appears to be only applicable once...

If you are a current customer, does anyone know the steps necessary to get this deal to work?

It would be an upgrade to a different plan in this instance, 10gb to 15 for a family member. 45 min over 2 calls to customer service with Infimobile and they say no dice....so if transfering a line and trying it out for 30 days, you can never again take advantage of a sale like this, per them anyway.
thats not true. Price you see on their website can be used to refill you existing plant. go to website, open your account and line and lookup for refill option. refill option will show discounted price like on their website which is currently $112 which you can purchase and replace your existing plan OR add it to your current plan once its expired.

Good to know. I will have to look into this when my Mint Mobile is near expiration. Ryan Reynolds needs some better deals for existing customers.

With Mint, we get a lot of fees/tax added on per year. How are the fees with this plan?
Same. Paying $240 for a year's worth of Mint when this is less than half the cost.
Straight up total cost $112.50. No add'l fees. Again, other than a clunky website, excellent service and no issues. Couldn't be happier.
I think they add taxes

Buying from the Infimobile site adds "Taxes and Surcharges."
Amazon only adds the normal sales tax. Amazon seems like the better deal.

My experience with infirm has been less then ideal - poor call quality/data speed - and when trying to leave they held my number hostage until I paid to rejoin
They have nothing to do with the network so I'm not sure how their call quality and data speed could be any different than Vz/T-Mobile or am I missing something?
