you can search on Google on the rooftop power estimate.

I live in GA and rule of thumb is average 5 hours of sun per day. more in summer and less in winter. 16x 410w x 5 is the per day in watts I expecte to get with this. The sun hit about 1000w per meter square at equator. Best human made can get is over 40%. Best human use is about 30%. Best on sale is about 20%.

Perfer clear or white bottom layers for more efficiency. Heat cause the panel to lose efficiency and died early. 2 sides is perfer in northern places. you will get more efficiency due to snow, or mist, or haze (bad weathers). but less efficiency during good weather due to heating.

The most worrying thing is fire. Who would pay if your house burn down. The next is longevity. Usually, solar panel lose about 1 percent efficiency per year. So when they get to 20 years (80% efficiency) they call it end of life.

LFP battery is awesome for home charging. it has more cycle than lithium ion and more cycle when charge to 100%. it is better use as a home battery vs car battery. Just make sure to keep it cool. slower charge at a cooler temperature give your battery more cycle. highly likely your ac is running when the solar get the most action. 6x 100ahx 50v is 30kw. 16x 410w x 5h is about 30kw. (is my math right?) so it takes at least 5h to charge or 0.2C using the panels.

my cost is 0.11 per kw. 30 kw is 3.30 dollars per day. 7,500 / 3.3 is about 2500 days or about 8 to 9 years rod. faster if your electricity cost is higher or you have variable pricing. if you drive tesla 4m/kw, it is 120 miles free charge per day. gas price about $3 per 30 miles for smaller car at cheaper state. so you save about $12 in gas price per day or roi in 600 days or 2 years.

Yeah because they can. Nobody will want to make less for the same effort. Plus they usually have a recipe of what they're willing to install and not go outside of that with other equipment. Or it gets blurry when it comes to warranty. Solar is not rocket science for anyone who wants to learn. It's all just wire gauges, wire runs, mounting, and a little bit of easy math.

I am unsure why sales tax is charged in Florida for solar equipment like this. They're tax exempted.

Edited
I reached out to Eco-worthy regarding sale tax exemption in Florida. They said it is set by eBay and suggested me to contact eBay to fix this.

I expect that it would. You have to get it installed before Jan 1, 2026.

Warning about the UL testing: that doesn't mean these are UL listed or certified.
Is it normal not to have any model numbers for any of these products? I would think you'd want datasheets on all of these products. For example, are the panels bifacial?

They have ETL and Intertek file numbers on the images. They have been tested to NA standards by a certification entity Intertek) I'm unclear on what your concern is.

You generally don't see tariff bills for things shipped to you from within the USA LOL.

there's a lot of factors involved. including city/state regulations on where they are being installed and how up to date your panels are. also your local utility company and how it plugs in the grid.contact professionals that have experience.
