Does the Aisle app need to be installed? It seems to be available only for Apple.

No. I've never installed their app.

You just input your phone number and e-mail on the page linked.

You'll get a text confirming the offer and conditions. Reply back to the original SMS text with a picture of your receipt and you'll get a confirmation and request for 24-48 hours to review the submission. If it's your first time, I believe they'll ask for PayPal or Venmo preference.

Everything will be though text.

Did it with a Google voice number, and got nothing. Did it with a real cell number, and got nothing back via text as they state.

I had this issue too and I checked my spam and sure enough google marked it and stopped it as spam.

Tread carefully. Tried this platform a few months back and purchased multiple goods. They have some internal process that randomly bans you (maybe based on IP or who knows) and you're stuck with unrebated items. Worst thing is support will ghost you when you do get banned for unknown reason.

Many people are unaware that text messages (just like email) do get sent to a folder called Spam & Blocked on services like T-Mobile. Navigate to that folder in your messages app, and you might be shocked how many texts you have been getting intercepted. You can turn it off in the T-Life app. The other service providers probably do something similar. You're welcome [:

For anyone not getting the texts, trying texting OFFER to 218-530-2233. Didn't work earlier, but just did it again and got the response immediately.

Yep. The ban was unwarranted. It's one rebate account per household. I used to participate on it for a while and suddenly they just said I was ineligible to any offers when I sign up. I tried asking for the reason from support but they basically ghosted me on both text and email. Shady practice imo. I'm not saying it'll be happening for all, but it might randomly happen to anyone.
