Did it with a Google voice number, and got nothing. Did it with a real cell number, and got nothing back via text as they state.

Tread carefully. Tried this platform a few months back and purchased multiple goods. They have some internal process that randomly bans you (maybe based on IP or who knows) and you're stuck with unrebated items. Worst thing is support will ghost you when you do get banned for unknown reason.

They don't even ask for your address. It's all through text. Use a different phone number (SO, free line, etc). How would they know if two numbers are in the same household?

Success. Took less than 5 min to get confirmation of credit to my PayPal acct (I do not have Venmo). I ordered on Amazon, took screen shot of my receipt, uploaded receipt to text msg recvd from Bob's Red Mill (provided my Paypal email address in my text, recvd text msg: Thank you so much for your purchase! We got your receipt. Give us 24-48 hours to review! 3 min later got text msg: Successfully set your payment method to PayPal. Please verify that this phone number is added to your PayPal account. If this is a mistake text SUPPORT.
Looking forward to enjoying Bob's Red Mill Cinnamon Coffee Cake very soon for breakfast.🙃
