Looks like whatever in-store discount you have, they will use as an excuse to reimburse you for less than what is promised. Could it be an honest mistake? Possible, but not likely, since it is a receipt from a major grocery chain (Kroger) which they should be familiar with.
The money is also not showing up in my account after accepting, even though the $0.01 from yesterday appeared immediately.
Update: it was an issue with the phone number in my Paypal account. The phone number I used for the offer is the "work" number in Paypal, which worked for the $0.01 but somehow not for the $8.49. I had to call Paypal's customer service to remove my number manually. After adding it again and confirming, using the link from aisle deposited the money into my account instantly.

i have ALOT of problems with mybeerrebate...i was doing alot of rebates like ALOT because i drink ALOT and they also have rebates for literally everything..literally every receipt i submit now they just say "doesnt pass our test-invalid"...i then have to call and request an additional manual review then its another 7-10 days...

No restrictions on retailer or type of Bob's Red Mill product, but I think you need to purchase in-store and get a paper receipt.
Bought a 40 oz Muesli for $8.99, submitted receipt and got approval after about an hour.
I'd say if interested, act fast.
