Honestly, coming from a 7 year old laptop with bare minimum discrete GPU that was failing to run Hearthstone when the antivirus software kicked in, I would have been happy with almost any laptop
I referring to this one $210 cheaper

So kind of weird, there are two different "rear" photos of this laptop on Lenovos site. One has power/HDMI out the back, the other is just all vents. Can you confirm if the power cord goes out the back of the Legion Pro 5 or the side?
BF only sells mediocre quality/specs. They will sell mostly 4050/60 or 5060 gaming laptop. Even if you find high end gaming laptop, the quality is different than regular gaming laptop. The material is cheaper.
245w might be the only downside on this deal for this price. The older 3070 laptop I bought comes with 300w. Im not sure about this laptop, but mine comes with 2 nvme slots on top of wifi slot.
the Model I got, "Legion 5 15IAX10" has from left to right a vent, HDMI, vent, power plug, vent on the back side. it came with a 240watt power brick. you do have USB-PD and one with a lightening bolt on the left side when looking at it from the front. But oddly I tried both with a Targus dock with power delivery while the main power brick was unplugged and neither port accepted a charge from the dock. I haven't researched if it should charge through those ports, but if you need side power, you might want to look into it.

Nah I consider rear power/HDMI a deal breaker requirement. It's strictly better to have the ports there. Longer lasting as well. But I think the Legion Pro 5/7/9 all went back to the side because of the cooling requirements now
Also your PD issue is probably the same one I have with my older Legion Pro 5. They DO take PD, but if it's under 100 watts it won't charge at ANY rate. Minimum 100. Even turned off it won't sip power through PD. No idea why Lenovo did it like that. And a LOT of the "100 watt PD" bricks are 96 watts, not 100 and they won't work.
And even if you get a 100 watt, they randomly disconnect for a few seconds every now and then resetting your screens etc. Annoying as hell.

The build quality is excellent. Probably the only comparable brand in terms of flex, keyboard flex, screen etc is ASUS to the Lenovos. Next tier down is HPs stuff, then ACER/ASUS then in hell is where you will find MSI build quality.
