ChatGPT says this for the current PC price market

PU — AMD Ryzen 7 7700 (boxed): $230 (market sale price examples exist around $220–$300).
Newegg.com

GPU — NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 12GB (GDDR7): $549 (MSRP; some models/deals slightly below).
Tom's Hardware
+1

Motherboard — AM5 B650 (good mid-range ATX): $170 (typical B650 mid-tier).
Newegg.com

RAM — 32GB (2×16 GB) DDR5 kit: $100 (typical mid-range DDR5 32GB kits).
Tom's Hardware

Storage — 2TB NVMe SSD (PCIe 4.0 / Gen4): $150 (many 2TB NVMe drives in the $110–$180 range).
Newegg.com

PSU — 750 W, 80+ Gold (quality PSU): $110 (common pricing for good 750W units).
Newegg.com

Case — mid-tower ATX: $100 (many decent cases in the $70–$150 band).
Newegg.com

CPU cooler: (stock included with boxed Ryzen 7 7700) → $0 extra unless you want aftermarket (add ~$40–$80 if so).
Newegg.com

Misc (SATA cables, fans if needed, thermal paste): $20–$40

Optional: Windows 11 Home license: $110–$140 (if you don't already have a license).

Assembly / shop labor (optional): $50–$100 if you pay a shop to build it.

Subtotal (parts only, using the mid numbers above):
230 + 549 + 170 + 100 + 150 + 110 + 100 + 20 = $1,429

Seems like a great deal.

This is maybe the best $1100 has ever gotten.
Their was a 5070 TI deal for about $1350 that was similar.

Doesn't get much better than this if you're going prebuilt. The CPU is a slight compromise but not bad in the least. The MOBO is likely garbage, but that's true of every prebuilt. Only real downside is that the PSU is only 650 so you'll likely have to replace it if you're ever gonna upgrade down the line.
Jump on this, or wait till black friday IMO.
Or better yet, build your own with a 9600+9070 and better everything else for $100 more.
