So it looks like this is an upgraded sync module, with the Outdoor 4 camera that's been on the market for a while now.
Previously they had the more square sync module 1 (black) and sync module 2 (white around the edges). Now it looks like they've phased those out, and instead they offer the more rounded Sync Module Core (like the 2 but no local storage) and Sync Module XR (extended range).
Do I have that right?
Seems like the 2-camera system for $70 is a good deal if you need the extra range.

Their support is terrible — they usually respond from overseas with little experience, and they don't even own or seem familiar with Blink products, so they have no real idea what they're dealing with.
Right now, they're facing a lot of issues with their devices, especially the floodlight camera, which has had problems for over four months with no solution. The only response you'll get is, "We are aware and working very hard to resolve it."
The cameras themselves are very low quality: they overheat, freeze, and have extremely glitchy software and apps. Don't rely on them if you want clear video — the image quality is poor, and it's almost impossible to read license plates.
And don't be fooled by their claim that the battery lasts two years — that's only possible if you keep the settings on very low video quality and basically if the camera isn't actively using motion detection.
Please just be aware of all this and make sure you check the return policy before buying.
