Can this charge electronics while it's being charged by solar?
Yes. Solar input and AC output can occur simultaneously.
I charge the Jackery with solar while it is charging my lawnmower battery.
I get an input of about 340w from the two 200w panels. Output to the battery charger is around 425w.

These "smaller" solar batteries aren't for all day home power. But they do have a purpose- emergency power.
I have a gas generator and this Jackery. Each for power after a hurricane.
I intend to use the Jackery mainly at night as it is silent.
The more powerful and noisy gas generator for daytime.

Pretty sweet deal, actually! A bit lighter than EcoFlow 3600, and more juice than EF2000. Can someone confirm no 240VAC output (not sure if it's a deal breaker or not)? Thanks.

Wow 2x200W. I only need to buy three of these units to run my 1000W microwave. I could probably heat my food more quickly if I instead invested a large magnifying glass. But maybe I'm just being extra salty. I'm sure it's a nice product; probably has built in AI.
exactly, say 400w full sun 8 hours everyday for 10years, and electric is 10c per kwh, then every day is 3kwh which is $0.3 per day, $100 per year, $1000 for 10 years.
Yeah $.10 a kWh I wish I live where you are .. It's $.30 per kWh at night $.50 midday/evening and $.60 during the peak times 5-9pm.. So the same sun here is worth a whole lot more..

A home needs at least 500KW what is this for? LED lights?
Uhm 500 kW? That would be more than a 1000A panel at 240V- most house solar or generator is 5-10 kW.

"Add two Jackery SolarSaga 200W panels and generate up to 3,500kWh of clean energy in 5 years."

I use about 1500 kWh/month with a $300 electric bill. So this generates $700 of electricity in 5 years? What am I missing here?
You're missing that this is an emergency backup in case the power goes out, to keep your fridge and some lights on. It's not intended to fully replace your electric service ya lunkhead.

They will run my lights, speakers, little tv, and any incidental little thing that I decide to plug in out in my spa-room - won't run my hottub, but runs everything else I want in there.
What no hot tub??? Lol

You can put this much capacity together for about $750 (battery + panel + inverter). Debating if turnkey is worth the premium here

Most houses draw less 1/1000 of that nominally. Unless you are running a whole-house AC or something electric that gets hot (heater, coffee maker, water heater, oven, etc.), your house probably never gets above 2000, maybe 3000W (which is 2-3kW) (barring huge dwellings that are 5000sqft+).

You should keep your mouth shut if you have no idea what you're talking about.

I try to use this to charge my electric car and it refused to charge because it doesn't have a real ground. Your electric car requires a real ground not just a floating one
You can create a real ground, though. Clamp on to the wire running to your power meter's ground reference or drive a copper stake in the ground. While you don't want to have multiple ground references in the same system, that doesn't apply here since neither Jackery or your car would beconnected to your house wiring.

Wonder if the slow Hurricane Season has anything to do with these sales.

Ask other Jackery current customers about the no warranty, warranty offered by Jackery. in other words don't expect warranty service. Read TP reviews prior to purchase. Or see BBB "F" rating
