I've been keeping an eye on this but the Soundbar in the offer isn't in stock (I know it's not in your description)
I've been waiting for it or for a better soundbar to come back into stock

I hear ya. I ended up going with half off of the S95TR, though I know it's definitely not the best rated in it's price range. Still a deal at half off!

For some reason mine is not discounting the price of the soundbar when you add it to cart. Is your add-to-cart discount for the soundbar working?

Yep it worked! The total came out to be ~1340 after taxes with speaker and soundbar in WAYou might have to try to add each item separately

I don't think any of their promos stack, so just using the code "INNOVATION" (or "NEWCOMER"... both seem to work) should get you 10% off.
