Does anyone know if this specific one requires you to first download an "installer" from them (3rd party) before actually downloading and installing the actual MS software? Tried to purchase from another post and the "installer " software download was a deal breaker. Not sure what could be in it.

I bought this earlier and activated them. You do need to download three installers, one for Office, another for Project, and one for Visio, so three in total. The installers are Microsoft Office installers. You're given three keys, one for each, run the apps for either Office/Excel, Project, and Visio and you just change the product key and enter those keys to activate them.

FWIW, there was a hit on virus total for the main installers so I ran the wrappers in a sandbox which just create/extract the setup.exe (office installer - same for each program) a configuration.xml (tells setup which software to install) and a batch file that runs the setup /configuration configuration.xml command. Key did work.

I bought something like this before, worked for few years then all sudden stop working, the seller from eBay was no longer existed so I am afraid it will be similar here. Anyone had similar experience before?

why do I always have issues with download links? The links in my email seem generic and open a new page then closes itself. I tried opening with a new tab and it does the same thing.

Can anyone share their download link?

It looks like your browser is actually downloading the installer files, that's why the page just opens and closes right away. Check your Downloads folder — the setup file should already be there.

You're right. I figured it out, lol. I save everything to my desktop and I had 4 installer files on there, lol

My install did take about an hour or so and it looked like it wasn't doing anything... so I kept interrupting it. It might be because I am on an old Windows 10 build and I haven't reinstalled my OS since 2018... but eventually all 3 programs did install.

Never heard of this happening with MS Office. Just install it. Activate it, and leave it alone.If you keep reinstalling it and reactivating it I guess it could be a problem... maybe.
