No, it is not. For an open-box at this price, this should either be the 5070 Ti or 32GB RAM. This has neither.
We have had a Certified Refurbished Predator Helios Neo 16/16S (OLED/IPS 5070 TI 32GB RAM) from Acer with a 2-year Allstate warranty for around this price. These, as brand new, go on sale around $1499-1599 after every few weeks at Best Buy and Microcenter.

Helios can sell at these prices but I don't think we will see a G14, let alone a G16, with a 5070TI drop to $1350 any time soon. I think this laptop is much more portable and gets better battery life. The quality and build is also more premium. It looks nicer than Helios. I have my eyes on a G14 with 5070TI. Curious to know what you think would be a good price for that if bought new on sale or if bought open box excellent this year?

I know open box is YMMV but I got a G16 open box last week amin excellent condition and the whole chassis creakes so bad I returned it. Just something to check. You can ask the store to open it and inspect it before purchase.
