It's much cheaper to buy the generic fluticasone propionate than flonse brand. It's all the same medication. The quality of the spray bottle is the most differentiating factor between the different brands out there. Amazon has Kirtland (Costco) brand for a much better price, and it has a good sprayer on the bottle.

yes, goes w/o saying, but there are folks who prefer the name brand on certain medications and this is one of them. Whether it's psychological or physical or a combo, some users don't feel they get the same benefit from the generic sprays, or pills/tablets as the case may be.

So doesn't do you much good to pay less and the stuff doesn't work as well for you if that's your situation.
