The reviews aren't good. It seems to either rust out with filtered water or stopped working all together due to possible wiring issues.
I generally like the Tiger as a brand, when MIJ, but it looks like they missed the mark on this one.
Regardless of the STAR rating check the reviews on Amazon and the threads on Reddit.
Zojurushi might be a better choice.

it's solidly reliable for me as well. Bought it for the present temp of 158 degrees recommended by Kendamil for mixing its formula for my son. Still showing $110 on amazon, excellent deal imo, MUCH lower than what I paid over 6 months ago
