It's a deal if you happen to be looking for it. Never worth $90. $40 is steep to be honest as it's very cheaply made. I think we paid $30 a couple of years back and to be fair it's held up well being out in the southern heat, sun, and rain for a collective 2 months so far. Very light so you'll need to put a weight on the base or use some tent pins on soft ground.
