It's a Chinese drive, using a Chinese controller, with non-existent support after sale. For MAYBE ten more dollars, you can get a Crucial drive.
It absolutely baffles me the people wanting to save $10 when they will either be trashing the drive, or paying absurd amounts of money for data recovery.
From someone who has spent a grand on data recovery (so far), don't risk it.

I've gotten more than one for sub $200. It's currently sitting at ~$220, probably so it can go on "discount" for Prime day which is a week away.
If you are referring to the Crucial P3 Plus, it does not have DRAM.
According to Techpowerup the Fanxiang S770 uses the exact same hardware components as the Teamgroup T-Force G70 Pro and I've have been using a 2tb version of one those for maybe a year or so with no complaints.

The 4tb Fanxiang S770 is $183 so I decided to give it chance. Hopefully I won't regret it.

>Innogrit 5236
lol. lmao even. So when they don't use cheap Chinese knockoffs, they use the worst Innogrit controller ever made?
I purchased a S770 4TB and the shipping was really fast. However the drive is defective, decent read speeds but terrible write speeds. SEQM1 Q1T1, I have no idea what that means, but it was single digits when I ran a test on crystaldiskmark. RND4K Q1T1 was also single digits. I tried copying a folder filled with smaller files to the SSD and it was extremely slow, to the point that I cancelled the transfer. I think I just got a defective drive but I can't recommend it.

I found more pages on problems with this controller than pages actually explaining where it was made.
Though I didn't see you requested DRAM. Check back on Prime day, there'll be a couple that are worth it.
