I forget, when comparing protein, is it protein grams/total grams(in this case 25/34) or protein calories/total calories(100/110). One of those ratios is supposed to tell you if its good or not

Price def seems good at 10.66/lb for isolate

It tastes fine and works great, I'm almost through another bag of this brand so I've been using it for a few months now. I bounce around from Iso 100 to other isolates depending on price and this one works just fine. Isolate is expensive these days unless you get lucky.

protein ratio is the first one, protein per serving divided by serving size, 25/33 is .757 which isn't good for an isolate

The most important thing to look for when buying whey protein is the BCAA content per serving. Isopure has about 5.5gs per serving which is really good. It also has alot of vitamins and minerals and low cholesterol vs other brands.

Taste pretty good for protein powder, but definitely taste the salt
