Do these actually move air? My case fans are trash that came with a case.

These are probably a little better than your stock case fans. They are 2000RPM and supposedly 52 CFM, but these Thermalright fans are 1500RPM and supposedly 73 CFM. I dunno how each company measures things but I've bought a lot of these Thermalright fans and they have been excellent so far.

I have purchased a lot of Thermalright in the past. I built like 5 PCs for my nieces and nephews and always went with their CPU coolers and fans. On my last 3 personal PCs and girlfriend's recent PC I went with them again due to the success I. budget builds. Their fans are not that great IMO. I have had to replace them on two systems because after a few months to a year, they stop spinning or make grinding noises. I replaced all of them with Coolermaster and Lian Li fans. Havent had a CM of LL fan fail.
