I can get here, sign in, put in the activation code, and it allows me to choose to download 32 or 64 bit versions. Both 32 and 64 bit links are broken and I can't download the software directly from MS.
I bought the 3 device version for $24.99, just look up for the single device version and when adding to cart they offer you the upgrade to 3 devices for $9 extra and then use the previous coupon code in this site APL2025 and this brings the total to $24.99.

Did you have to install a weird package they sent to you, or was it just a key you could paste in to your account and activate? Does the key register your account and follow your account?

Oh copied my serial number to office and it says some serial number limit reached error, contacted digitalkeysbox, took them a day to email me back and got a new serial number and worked. I hope this helps.
