It doesn't have a self cleaning mode/option. I would be wary of buying this. Pee splashes especially if a guy is peeing.

Be wary when using a newly installed bidet for the first time. Depending on your water pressure, you may find that it sprays with so much power that you now have a brand new... orifice. Ouch.
