My coworker got one when it was $300 more. it got to him pretty quick and he says his family loves it. i wish we lived closer as im 6'5" and built like a linebacker and he's just a regular size. i need to find room in my house before i can order one myself but it is 100% on my radar. I would have been hesitant to order without knowing someone directly connected vouching for it. he is in PA in the USA

Can someone who has this chair tell me whether it has a powered foot rest extension and whether it provides the stretch function that pulls on your legs to "decompress" you? Thanks! The video on the product page shows the footrest extending like it is powered but other areas seem to say you push on it with your feet to extend it.

4D will give the most professional massage experience. The cheap chairs in malls prob aren't even 3D. We bought from here last month when it's $1299, could've waited for this new price $999! You'll get a generic communication once purchased. I contacted them to ensure this is happening and the guy confirmed order and share delivery dates (approx). It's delivered and enjoyed everyday by our 83yo friend. He said he's thankful for the chair! This is a super good price considering this was once advertised on Costco for close to $4k plus tax.

I actually bought a massage chair from them about a year ago. it had some wobble issues ~9mo mark, i requested for a warranty repair and they sent the part to my house, schedule with Tech to come and fix. He actually came yesterday and i got it fixed promptly. I have a good experience with them. Their warehouse is in Dalla, i belive.

just got ours, yes. footrest is powered, and yes it does the grab and stretch thing, BUT I can't get it to do just that. it's only available in one of the massage modes and happens twice in 15 minutes which is nice, but annoying to not be able to summon at will. Maybe I'm missing something

As someone who just spent an entire afternoon hauling this thing into my house, you're going to have an issue with that 29" door. I mean it MAY fit out of box but I think there is a big chance it doesn't

Yes, I ordered from them about a year ago. Didn't get the white glove service, so it was delivered on a truck and the delivery guy left it in my garage for me. Had no problems with it or my chair which is a very similar model and am still loving it.

I got curbside, and the driver brought it in to my garage for me. You won't get this in a door to your living room until you unpack it because it's in a huge box and sitting on a pallet.
