I bought one 3 weeks ago when it was posted. Arrived in about a week with sturdy packaging. Be sure to have a way to get rid of a big pallet and large boxes. I already submitted a warranty ticket after an airbag connection let go. After a short email conversation, I just added a zip tie and it seems to be holding. It did take them a week to reply to the support ticket. Biggest regret is I wish I could try all the models prior to purchase. I will say this brand looks better constructed than others on the youtube videos after taking it half apart to make the repair.

Bought a titan Optimus chair from them a few years back and I use it daily. The rollers broke within the first year and they shipped the part and had a tech come out and fix it covered under warranty. Would buy from them again

Bought one just like this (just without the hip airbag, really kick myself for not holding out for one with it) a year ago and haven't had any issues. It's decent. Probably won't be buying another one, but pretty nice to have and chill in occasionally. It's good, but nothing crazy. Just go to a real massage therapist imho if you're willing to spend more than this for a nicer chair.

Will the curbside delivery means just dropping off by my door or can they deliver it inside the home. I just need someone to help deliver inside the house, then i can take it from there.

Officially, curbside means they won't go up even a slight lip. But if you tip the delivery driver they might be willing to bend the rules.

When you have an issue, you reach out to them via phone/email and they provide troubleshooting steps. After that they will either a) ship you parts and schedule a tech to come repair it after the parts arrive or b) ship you an "open-box" aka used replacement chair if they don't stock parts for yours anymore.
When I purchased mine, the first year parts/labor was included, and for years two and three it's presumably the same process but you have to pay for the tech visit. (I'm just hitting one year now, so I haven't experienced that part.) I had the option of purchasing the extended warranty beyond the first year on the labor when I bought my chair, but I didn't select that option.

Do you have a link to any news articles about this? Bankruptcy filings are public, and OTA World / Titan / Osaki / ClearanceChair is the largest manufacturer of massage chairs. If they filed for bankruptcy protection, I'd expect to find something on the internet.

Regardless, that's certainly crappy customer service and potentially fraud to take your money without fulfilling your order.

I bought a chair from clearance chair last December. I believe it was the osaki titan pro 3D. Experience was great. I recall it took a few days for the order to process but all in it was delivered within 2 weeks (local freight company handled the last mile). I haven't had any issues with my char so I can't speak to the support aspect.
