Right?!? Anyway , just found the info we wanted to know on CamelBak's site for this item. The last last line says "Hot/Cold: The 25oz Fit Cap keeps drinks cold for 28 hours and hot for 11 hours."

Almost all of them "can" work for hot but if the type of lid might cause pressure from hot liquids to spurt then they say is is not for hot. You'd just have to be careful.

Does anyone know if replacement gaskets are available for this bottle/lid type? I can only find them for other Cameback lids like the chute ones, can't tell if their interchangeable. Looking for replacements for current water bottles because the rings are all moldy and get clean them off and can't find replacement ones. Don't want to be in same boat in a year or two. (Also, are these lids just screw off and on and you drink directly from the bottle? Can't find any description of how they actually work)

Based on a review, these seem to be screw off caps, yes.

Should be the same gasket. If I remember I'll check mine and let you know
