I have dual 27 KTC side by side at this resolution and it's ideal for me. It's the same roughly as a 49" ultra wide. Any wider I think might be too wide and I'd rather have higher PPI with the 27"
Dual 4k 32" would be ideal if you're good with the overall width.

Do you know of any 32in 4ks with similar specs under $200? I can't find any that have a refresh higher than 60hz. That seems to be the trade off.

You're not getting HDR10 out of 350nits...

Minimum for HDR10 is 1000 nits. This is way below that.
