Bought the 6 pack with 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7mm, 8mm, and 10mm for $20 thought it was a better deal for around the house. Thanks OP

These are USA made which is nice, I'm guessing by Wilde Tool. These should be a good set.
Some of their other wrenches and sockets are made in Taiwan, but seem to be of better quality and/or value than similar sets from other brands.

Each item on Tekton's site has the country of origin, they do have some American made tools on there. I just looked up a random screw driver and it said made in Germany. I know their Angle Head Open End Wrench's are USA made as well. Anyway - I'm a Tekton fan...probably as close to Craftsman as you can get without paying tool truck prices. Stanley, Husky, Kobalt, Crescent are still kinda mid. Gearwrench I think is good but yeah...kind of jaded by all of it anymore. Craftsman broke my heart, still not over it! I feel like the low end tool power vacuum was filled by HFT...they have stepped up their quality with a lot of their tiered brands with a warranty and availability that is hard to beat.

A lot of hex head metal screws around the house will be 1/4 or 5/16" - think working on a washer/dryer, etc. That set seems to have the best combination of most likely to come across SAE and metric sizes.

Just used these yesterday and really liked the bizarre shaped ergo grip. Fit really nice in the hand.
