I bought some on a previous deal, and have cooked it and mixed it into a soup. It was pretty nice. I would not use spaghetti in a soup, unless maybe finely cut angel hair. Maybe ziti? Anyway, I like this for what it is. It might be interesting to use it in a casserole that is not quite lasagna, but would be weird with spaghetti or linguini. Or maybe as a substitute pasta for mac & cheese.
