If I buy this and refuse to sign up for anything else, what limited functions can I get out of it? NM, this for me makes it not worth bothering: "Pet Tag's QR code is linked to your Pet Profile to help bring your lost pet home. It's not a GPS tracker and can't track your pet's location."
