It's an unknown brand and my guess from reading the posts of people in the know is it would probably depend on the heat treat, and searching Rufus AI on Amazon it doesn't say anything (and I think it picks up on reviews if that was mentioned) so my guess is nobody knows since it's an unknown brand. Also don't know if the geometry makes that much sense in real life use but in general I guess it's tanto-ish.
