Couple good 2tb drive deals lately, holding out for prime days to see if they get better. Kinda hoping to see a good 1tb drive in the $50 range.

ETA: 2TB is also available on Best Buy for the same price https://www.bestbuy.com/product/c...JX8PSKC6FW

4TB is $200 https://www.bestbuy.com/product/c...JX8PSKC6FW

The heatsink will keep it cool in your pc, at this price it's like getting the heatsink for free compared to the regular P310. This drive is DRAMless but is really fast despite that, and has a 5yr warranty. Here's a review with some benchmarks https://www.tomshardware.com/pc-c...d-review/2

works great in a pc as long as you have pci 4.0 with 4 lanes for it.

This is a QLC drive. I'd pay a little more for TLC.

TLC and DRAM for $21 more. Waiting for Prime Day and BF/CM.

I have had the T500 2TB since March 2024. A little faster than the P310 (7400 vs 7100 mb/s) and I haven't had any issues. Good drive.

First hand experience. Bought two T500s to upgrade my Omen 45L and two T500s without heatsink for my Omen 16 laptop. One of the heatsink drives was DOA, others work flawlessly.

Agreed, depending on use case. I have this cheaper QLC drive in my PS5 and it works as well as any other Gen 4.

note that if you purchase from Amazon using "store card" - the 10% credit statement is for "Prime Days" purchase. But 5% credit available in options now under store card payment method. i'm in for one.
