I have this oven in silver stainless steel. For this deal, you are paying for the color (black stainless). If I would do this again, the silver stainless gets messy with burned oil stains so I am guessing the black stainless steel doesn't make it look as bad. I might have gotten the black stainless if I had known how messy this stove can look while under regular usage. I have a knockoff stoveguard but it still gets messy around the burners themselves.

Pros: The oven performance is amazing. I'd give it 5 out of 5 stars. Oven temperatures measured with an IR gun are excellent both at the high end (~550F) and low end (~200F). I use the 550F for making pizza and the lower end for making braised stews. Range performance is nice. I have no complaints on any of the burners as they've worked well as well. The highest BTU burner does not have much control in the middle range, but the highest output is amazing (for a home burner) if you need that higher level of heat.
Cons: Software interface on the panel is very quirky and feels amateurish at times. I'd say two or three stars out of five at best. The best way to describe it, is every button lights up when active, but not all buttons can be pressed while in different modes. For example, maybe you are in a bake mode and need to enter a temperature, it will still have other buttons that do absolutely nothing yet are lit up. It's not obvious what to do unless you do trial and error.
The oven has WiFi and you can remote start it which is nice, but it can't seem to synchronize the time when power goes out for an extended period. Sometimes, it'll keep if it's only an hour of lost power, but it's these small details that are very annoying.

Costco has better prices and selections. I would check for BTU if you're into cooking. Unless you're looking for electric. Most ovens come with air fryer so that might speed your baking time. Also free delivery and removal at Costco.

Any recommendations on gas stove nowadays ? We cook a lot at home and prefer performance over techs. Higher BTU sounds great for party even for faster cook time
