Eero's unstoppable software updates is the worst part of this product. They don't test the updates throughly. Don't be surprised if you have weird issue with the Internet at home. Eero is definitely doing shady things with the updates. They are forcing the updates nearly every 2 weeks. The software description always contain "performance and stability improvements", that is totally a lie. I waste a lot of time in a recent update since it will take down my all my points when certain device is connected to the wifi.
