I activated the offer on Oct 5, then

A: bought 149 luggage online (in store pick up) , only get 149 + 149*2 points,
B: 127 in local staples store, and got only 381 points. ( 127 + 127 * 2 )
I just checked points today,
The points that I got seems totally incorrect as you guys got like 127 x 200 points, I didn't. How can I fix this?
