- 16" 3K vs 14" FHD+
- 24GB vs 32GB
- AMD Ryzen AI 9 365 vs Intel 9 285H
Intended user is a non-gaming student. They don't have much of an opinion, but might slightly prioritize screen and battery life. I know little about the AMD processors, but have been satisfied with the Zenbook line and the newer intel processors. I personally like extra RAM, but not sure if it will matter enough.

I bought this in a prior deal. The keyboard broke within about five months of occasional and delicate use. Both Asus and Best Buy refused to cover it under warranty service, and a replacement keyboard is somehow $300 for the part only. Based on this experience I would not buy from either company again. But it is otherwise a nice product.
What reason did Asus and BB use to deny you coverage? Sounds crazy. I would be doing an Atty General complaint first, and if that failed, a chargeback.
I'd had it for more than a month or I would have charged it back. The principle of it is not worth the time required to fight with them. I will just vote with my wallet and encourage others to do the same.

Their reason is that it's broken 😳. The warranty doesn't cover when the product breaks. You can't make this ish up.
