We have Prime, Walmart+ and T360... and this is our least used membership due to their much more restrictive free shipping. I thought by paying for their membership we'd get true free shipping, but no, I still have to make a cart worth at least $35.

I signed up for Target 360 trial. I don't see $10 rewards for every $100 spent even after at the final check out place. Does it only chow up after purchase is made?
