very hard to identify keyboards with shine thru keys. Evidently the term backlit is not shine thru keys and the descriptions are often used interchangeably even though they are different. The backlit I find kinda useless. That said, these are one of the few keyboard makers that have mac OS keys. And they are pretty good. Get the swappable keys as you can customize,.
I ordered the C2 blue switches. I received the C2 brown switches. Warning - nowhere on the order shows what color the keyboard is nor the switches ordered. Recommend that you take a snapshot of the screen showing what you are ordering as proof. Otherwise you have no proof what you ordered.... Just an FYI. returning it.
Too bad, I wanted to try the blue switches. Prefer a more tactile response compared to the brown switches.

Brown switches are more tactile IMO. I prefer Brown switches over blue or red. Woot has a good return policy.
The Keychron Q1 sucks. The satellite switch for space bar and enter keys are just cheap made, wobble and hollow. The CNC case is just art and the configuration website is decent. The rest are not up to the standard. They even use the cheap 3 pins switch and very hard to replace. I have several mechanical keyboards or HE keyboards and the experience of keychron Q1 is by far the worst.
It will be my last keyboard of Keychron Q series. I may try the Q Pro and Max series in the future but it will be at very low priority.
