I have these and they work well. If you have a gravity based leg curl, bicep curl or ab machine, they are also the perfect size to offset the resistance starting point curve. (Put the plate on the stop post so the weight horn starts at a ~30 degree angle)
I am getting spoiled lately with the weight plate deals. I looks at this one and am like meh it's not a pair I'll pass LOL where a year ago I would have jumped on 10 of these at this price
