Really good, compact lens.

People complain that Tamron feels plasticky and cheap, but ironically they're some of the best built lenses out there in terms of durability and weather/dust resistance; all of them have like 6-8 internal weather seals, to the point that it's nearly excessive.

The Viltrox lenses cost similar and arguably are a bit nicer in terms of optical but it's pretty marginal and have no weather sealing beyond a gasket on the lens mount.

When was this lens released? Would this still be suitable for talking head videos with a ZV-E10 M2?

I'm looking for similar answers as well, I think ideally you'd want a lens which doesn't cause any distortions which should be this lens, but what's unclear to me is if it's 35mm equivalent on full frame or APSC?

Is it 35mm on full frame so you'd have crop factor magnification on APSC?
