I'm looking for something for husbands iPhone 12. Everything seems to be usbc to usbc. But that really shouldn't matter right? Like, I could just switch the cord to usbc to iPhone? Sorry, I know this is a total rookie question lol. I'm just struggling to figure out what's best. Also, I'd love to have one that hooked to his keychain, but that is seemingly impossible also with the size of them all, right?

You tried clipping the coupon, adding to cart and going to checkout? When I add to cart it still shows $39 for me, but once I go to checkout it drops to $16 in my cart and still gives me free express overnight shipping due to the original price. Was able to add 2 at that price

The iPhone 12 supports wireless MagSafe charging so this device would work for your husbands phone without needing a cable (as long as he doesn't have a non-supported MagSafe case on his phone). But it also sounds like you may be searching for a portable battery pack maybe? (which this device needs to be plugged into a wall socket to charge devices). This device is more for a nightstand or desk charging for like overnight or easy travel if you're staying at a hotel. But if you are looking for a portable battery pack, you can easily find tons here on SlickDeals that are both wireless or wired (and yes, you can easily find a USB-C to Lightning charging cable if you want to charge wirelessly). I hope that helps.

What does that mean? Some Qi2 charges with a 30W adapter which this this comes with can charge an iPhone 17 up to 25W which that phone supports. So this is a valid question.

Not sure what you tested but I can confirm I am getting 15w wireless charging on both my samsung S25 and Z Fold 7. Heat is produced in all wireless charging, you need proper alignment and good contact to minimize heat. Newer samsung phones are Qi2 ready, they need the magsafe case to be fully Qi2.

i use accubattery to test. maybe i got a dud. then quality control may be in question. but to each their own. i bought maybe 20 plus chargers to test, and this was one of the biggest letdown considering this same brands wireless charging stand did the best/fastest charging.
