You tried clipping the coupon, adding to cart and going to checkout? When I add to cart it still shows $39 for me, but once I go to checkout it drops to $16 in my cart and still gives me free express overnight shipping due to the original price. Was able to add 2 at that price

The iPhone 12 supports wireless MagSafe charging so this device would work for your husbands phone without needing a cable (as long as he doesn't have a non-supported MagSafe case on his phone). But it also sounds like you may be searching for a portable battery pack maybe? (which this device needs to be plugged into a wall socket to charge devices). This device is more for a nightstand or desk charging for like overnight or easy travel if you're staying at a hotel. But if you are looking for a portable battery pack, you can easily find tons here on SlickDeals that are both wireless or wired (and yes, you can easily find a USB-C to Lightning charging cable if you want to charge wirelessly). just FYI - for apple phones, this may work well. but on android, it only charges at 3w or less. testing on two samsung and one oneplus phones. had to return.

oh, and this charger got hot fast, if that matters to you.

What does that mean? Some Qi2 charges with a 30W adapter which this this comes with can charge an iPhone 17 up to 25W which that phone supports. So this is a valid question.
