This luggage's stated outside dimensions are: 23.0" x 14.5" x 9.5"
The 23" length (and 14.5" width) means it is officially too long for 4 of the 5 airlines mentioned.

Be warned that this luggage doesn't meet these airlines' official stance.

The heading is misleading for listing the packing dimensions only. Thank you for clarification & spared me from making a return

I have a set of 3 of these (20/24/28") that flew around the world with me on business for a couple years and they stood up to punishment and abuse in a dozen countries. I'd consider getting a backup set at this price (other Samsonite bags are on sale too) just in case.
I've had them now for just about 10 years and they're still great.
HIGHLY recommended.

I have had this for 9+ yrs and never had an issue, in fact it does look smaller than most carry on.
I have travelled with it al over the world and it is still im good shape. At this price, i do not mind another one

Check your local Ross/T.J. Maxx store. I bought charcoal for $40 last week. They have plenty of these, as Winfield 3 is latest model.

I just measured mine. If you go from the top to the bottom of the wheels it is 22". However, that doesn't include the handle at the top. If you include the handle (at its lowest retracted position) it goes over 22".

I have this exact luggage in the same orange color. I have the whole set (20", 24" and 28"). I bought it back in 2023 off Amazon for $187. I've used it for Japan 2x, S.Korea 1x, Philippines 2x, and Domincan Replublic 1x. Some scratches, but still in great condition.

My wife has this three piece set in purple, and I have it in charcoal. We bought them three years ago. They look really nice when you get them, but they scratch up pretty darn easily, especially if you're checking them on airlines. Other than that, no complaints. Nothing spectacular, but they're holding up well; zippers are high quality, wheels work fine, etc. I kind of wish I had gone back to softsided luggage, but that's a matter of personal preference. I'm not really sure what else can be said about them.
