The open box "good" condition I purchased was missing the keyboard so make sure everything is in the packaging.

Can it play games?

E.g. excel on one side and eve online on another?

I so very much want to try this for work, but I just can't fathom the dual screen thing is going to work well going back and forth between dual screen and single screen (with physical keyboard sitting on the bottom screen, which is something i'd go back and forth between throughout the day)... not necessarily because of Lenovo's fault, but I still think windows deals with changing between single/dual displays in an asinine way.

EVE is pretty old so you should be able to run it in potato mode if all else fails. In the end, this is just integrated graphics.

Is 13.3" the diagonal of one screen panel, or two panels combined?

Each panel is 13.3" diagonal by itself.

They did order one, when they bought the laptop (including keyboard) from BB.

Why would you suggest they pay for the keyboard twice?

So still don't have a keyboard after you bought your computer and saw it was missing ?

I bought the "good" condition one and cancelled the order when they showed it to me at Best Buy. The next closest location for pickup is an "excellent" one an hour away (each direction) and not worth the drive. No shipping options near me.
The keyboard is a proprietary design essentially and I believe has magnets that keep it secure to the screen.

The real question is why does BB accept the return with a key component missing and then what dummy in their Geek Squad didn't mark it as fair, at best??

I picked one of these up last year as an open-box deal for $699.
The good:
Dual screens are a nice feature.
Battery life is decent, around 6–7 hours.
Both displays are touch-enabled.
It can be used without a physical mouse or keyboard thanks to the on-screen options.
The bad:
The most annoying issue is when waking from sleep—the lower screen almost always dims and has to be manually adjusted.
With an external monitor (I use a dual-screen setup), it often glitches, moving everything back to the main screen as if the monitors were disconnected.
The on-screen keyboard completely covers the lower screen, making it impossible to fill out forms or interact with windows in that area.
Overall:
I like the device, but it's not practical as my daily driver. For me, it's more of a fun, extra gadget to play around with.
