I got this a couple years ago for $18. I really like it. I use it for my string trimmer gas.

I heard the EPA reversed the mandate for these types of gas cans. I never liked the spring-loaded nozzle idea, myself.

I'm partial to the 'Easy Can' - the thumb-button nozzle is super quick/easy to operate and won't spill a drop once you let go to close it. I like that they don't have the big honkin' nozzle/spout like many other gas cans (including this one).
I think I've had mine for probably 7+ years now and it's still doing great. Valve mechanism got a little 'stuck' recently but a couple drops of oil got it working right as rain again.
