Uber jacks up the price in my area, way up.

Separately, it cost me $30 to ride from BUR to Universal Studio Hollywood at 10pm, and that's a mere 5 miles ride.

I wouldn't use it if not because I had bought the 100 worth of GC from Costco for 75.

Check your uber account promotions page. I've currently got 50% off at various stores including Best Buy. Used one recently to get a switch 2 charger. Yes there's a tip and service fee, still came out cheaper after taxes. They also have games at normal prices. I've been wanting split fiction and Tony hawk. Going to get this for $85, then use it to buy a game for 50% off (it's like $25 max discount). Then hold the rest for a food promo.

My Uber Eats also sends a lot of 40% off food orders. Jersey mikes is always giving a free turkey sub with $15 purchase. So I get a cheesesteak, a free turkey sub for the fiancée, then 40% off that.

Then last night I had 40% off groceries at Fresh Market. They had ground chuck on sale for $5.39 a pound and porterhouses on sale for $15 a pound.

I had two coupons so did two orders for $100 worth of meat, and got $45 off. After tip and fees it was about $80.

The deals are there if YOU are slick enough.

Chipotle (in Houston at least....ymmv) can still purchase at menu price using uber eats
I always use it to fulfil amex platinum monthly $15 uber credit

I tried the promo code BUFT (on the UberEats app) and got $10 off my next 2 orders until the 15th. Just saw its only valid in Boston... Hoping someone can benefit.
