FYI these have sucralose and other ingredients that may affect those with sensitive stomachs like myself, maltodextrin and carrageenan

They are from the same brand, Fairlife. These are targeted more towards post workout nutrition with additional ingredients focusing on recovery. The 30g ones are more of a general meal replacement shake with lower calories, and are meant as a dieting aid or on the go nutritional supplement. Honestly the differences between them isn't massive, though, an I normally buy whichever is cheaper that month.

What is the difference between this one and the ones I get at Costco that are 150 calories and 30 grams of protein?
If you're talking about Nurri, the difference is $9.96 at the moment. Costco has 12 Nurri for $14.99 on sale right now in store. They are sweetened with monk fruit (among other sweeteners) and they're 11 ounces instead of 14.

Taste is subjective. I don't care. Nurri is a little thinner. Both are great.

Tastes great but has the most amount of phthalates and microplastics detected in a product by consumer reports.

I've had bad things about the taste, so I never bought it. But like you said, it's subjective.

Yeah, I always wondered. I only care about the macros, tbh.

Please read up on carageenan. I used to drink these, but switched to OWYN Elite due to ingredients and cost per-gram of protein.

Just FYI, I checked the nutrition label and it indicates that the protein sources for OWYN Elite shake are not considered high quality complete proteins (via the PDCAAS method of evaluation).

A High quality Protein source should have 64% Daily Value for 32g of protein if it is a high quality complete protein source.

The label indicates 32g of the protein they use in the OWYN shake counts for only 38% of DV indicating that it is not a complete protein source.

These studies are a joke. The sample sizes were tiny and the methodology was poor. Even then, the amount listed is essentially nothing. Pretty much what you get from breathing.

… yeah, they're post workout recovery shakes. Wanna guess how much sodium your body burns through during heavy workouts, Echo?
If you're looking for meal replacement or dietary aid supplement shakes, try Nutrifast or something.

I tried Nurri this weekend as a sample when I was shopping. Not a fan. Gross chalky taste.

Muscle milk deal looks comparable... same count, smaller bottles, same protein amount, no sugar, $5 less
