They are from the same brand, Fairlife. These are targeted more towards post workout nutrition with additional ingredients focusing on recovery. The 30g ones are more of a general meal replacement shake with lower calories, and are meant as a dieting aid or on the go nutritional supplement. Honestly the differences between them isn't massive, though, an I normally buy whichever is cheaper that month.
Was $32.99 for the 42g vanilla after coupon for me. Pretty solid!
I mix these with Diet Dr Pepper to make a kind of protein float situation. It's tasty!
30g typically retail around 2.50-4 dollars
42g are typically 5+ dollars
This seems like a good deal. They are tasty but expensive. I haven't purchased mixed protein on amazon before; quality concerns make me hesitate.
I ordered a case of the Chocolate Elite last time there was a coupon, all were fine with a best buy date of APR 23 2026
I ordered another case of the same this go around as well, these are all shelf stable and not chilled at the grocery stores, i don't think there is much of a difference sitting on their shelf vs. an Amazon shelf

What is the difference between this one and the ones I get at Costco that are 150 calories and 30 grams of protein?

I've never purchased mixed protein from amazon. I'd be nervous about quality or spoilage. Anyone had good luck?
