very good board. there mid tier before you reach enthusiast level. good power delivery. 279 still seems a bit high personally if this board was around $250 I think it would sell way better. but I wouldn't argue over $30-
I had tons of issues with this board when it was on sale not too long ago for $269. Random freezing, memtest86 would shut down my PC, BSOD. Not sure what it was, but I spent a week trying to figure it out. I really liked this board too, but I didn't want to deal with going through the same hassle and returned it. Maybe I just got a bad board, but it drove me nuts for a week and didn't want to deal with another lemon. There are others having weird issues on the MSI_gaming subreddit. The BIOS version of the board was from January and I upgraded it to the latest non-beta before doing anything. I decided to risk getting MSI again since I found a good deal on a used X870e Tomahawk, which is just the black version of this board and it's been great.

That's funny cause I just read in a different thread how MSI is the one brand they had a good experience on this board. Now I'm all confused lol
